SPRING HILL ESTATES ROAD IMPROVEMENT & MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION INC.
Spring Hill Estates Road Improvement & Maintenance Association Inc. is the HOA that provides common area services for the Spring Hill Estates Subdivision located in Anchorage, Alaska.  In the winter we provide snow removal and gravel speading, in spring we sweep up the gravel and in summer as budget reserves permit we repair the road to include such things as asphalt overlays, crack sealing and at times complete removal and repaving of sections of the road.
WHO WE ARE
The Corporation consists of 43 Shareholders, one share for each lot in the four plats representing Spring Hill Estates.
The bylaws state we will have an annual meeting on the 3rd Sunday of September at which time we elect directors, discuss other business, and set the new HOA dues for the next year.
